Blas is the gaelic word for taste or flavour, and that¹s exactly what we want to give you, a taste of the fine flavours of Scotland. Whether it¹s smoked salmon from an Ullapool smoke-house, Stornoway black pudding or a creamy Ayrshire bonnet goat¹s cheese we take care to source local produce that will give each dish a true taste of Scotland. When it comes to our bread it¹s more a case of ³food metres² than ³food miles²

The soon to be famous blas platters are our market stall, little tastes from our menu served on one big platter, with oatcakes butter and cottage cheese.

From only £ 4.85 per person this is a great chance to try all those things on a menu that you¹ve always fancied but not been sure about.
